Just wanted to say quickly I had a more than fantastic time with my first foiling ever on a 15k efoil for beginners and I hit near 40kmh, it was epic, the price was good, the instructor (Sylvia?), excellent too. I recently completed nine hours of kitesurfing lessons, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The school was amazing from start to finish, and my instructor, Elodie, was absolutely fantastic, calm, patient, encouraging, and always focused on making me feel safe and confident in the water. The location itself was beautiful and the perfect place to learn. Every session was enjoyable, and I felt supported the whole time, even when things were challenging. I learned so much and had such a fun experience doing it. I would highly recommend this school to anyone thinking about learning kitesurfing, whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your skills. We took the 9-hour beginner kite course at Sunset & Surf Kite School and it was absolutely incredible. We started with zero experience and learned so much throughout the sessions. The spot was perfect and the whole team was welcoming and professional, but the real highlight of the experience was Elodie. She coached us throughout the entire course with amazing energy, patience, and encouragement. We always felt safe, supported, and had so much fun learning. Super école de surf et excellente expérience à El Médano. J’ai pris un cours particulier avec un moniteur pendant 2h et j’ai passé un vraiment très bon moment du début à la fin. Le moniteur était à l’écoute, bienveillant, patient et très encourageant tout au long du cours. Il met rapidement en confiance et pousse à se dépasser tout en gardant une ambiance détendue et motivante. En seulement 2 heures de cours, j’ai réussi à prendre plusieurs vagues et à vraiment progresser grâce à ses conseils et sa pédagogie. On sent une vraie passion pour le surf et une super énergie dans cette école. I was coached by Élodie, a great teacher with excellent teaching skills, very sympathic and speaking perfectly French, English and Spanish, making it very easy to understand the instructions. She let the fun be a priority all along the 3 sessions. In addition, the school is very reactive on WhatsApp, keeping you aware of the wind situation, and is very honest, telling you if there is not enough wind, so you don't pay for nothing. I came to wingfoil but sadly when I was in El Medano the conditions weren’t great. Rather than carry on and risk a frustrating session they suggested i might try e foiling . Came back the next day and had an amazing morning learning to fool in fantastic conditions. Ariano is a great teacher and all round great person. Absolute amazing school had Elodie as teacher, she was so knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely recommend this school for lessons for all levels of kite surfing!
